Since we launched LINE FRIENDS BOX, we've been thinking about how to make your experience the best one possible. As a result of feedback from you (our current members and fans on social media) we have decided to transition our subscription service from a monthly to a quarterly Seasonal box (delivered every 3 months). We understand that the change is sudden, however we thought it would be better to make the change sooner than later.

As we continue forward, we'll slow the pace of delivery and pack each box with even more care and love! AND, we'll introduce more one-time-only exclusive sets/boxes in between seasons.

New Quarterly Box Pricing:

Seasonal Membership: $64.99 per box (billed every 3 months)
Annual Membership: $54.99 per box (4 boxes paid upfront, billed once a year)

May 1st - First Quarterly Box orders

The first quarterly seasonal box will be the Summer Box and will ship in mid June 2019.

For current subscribers (those who sign up before May 1st 2019):

Don't worry, you will continue to receive your monthly box as usual until your current plan ends. We will honor the current price per box (if it's the cheaper option) until cancellation.

Month-to-month subscribers: Your next renewal in May will be for the June (Summer Box) and switched to the SEASONAL membership which means the renewal after May will be in August, not June.

3 Month Prepay subscribers: If you're subscribed to the 3-month plan right now (April 2019), you will receive your boxes for May, June (Summer Box), and July as scheduled and your next renewal in August will be for the upcoming seasonal box and switched to the ANNUAL membership.

6 Month Prepay subscribers:  If you're subscribed to the 6-month plan right now (April 2019), you will receive your boxes for May, June (Summer Box), July, August, September (Fall Box), October as scheduled and your next renewal in November will be for the upcoming seasonal box and switched to the ANNUAL membership.

12 Month Prepay subscribers: If you have a 12-month plan, you will receive all the monthly boxes remaining in your plan. The next renewal will be for the upcoming seasonal box. For example, if your current 12-month plan ends in January 2020, your next auto-renewal will be in February 2020 for the next upcoming Seasonal Box which would be the 2020 Spring Box and switched to the ANNUAL membership.

In other words, in May, your billing will change to our new plan. You don't have to do anything. Once you've finished your current plan, you can check your account dashboard for your new renewal date.
June, September, December, March will be the Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring Box, respectively for new and current subscribers.

[REMINDER] Month-to-month subscribers will renew for the Seasonal Membership. 3-, 6- and 12-Month Prepay subscribers will renew for the Annual Membership.

You can change your plan, or if you do not wish to continue your membership, as always you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
